This wonderful monument will honor or true ninth president who is often forgotten, Arthur St. Clair.  He was a president who always welcomed people with open arms.  Arthur was a wonderful man and deserves to be recognized by having this wonderful monument.  The Articles of confederation led to better leaders, army and an easy way to work with money.  But most importantly Arthur was so great I wonder why he doesn’t have a monument alre
