Recipe for dough clay

 

Materials:

 

1 cup flour                             Aluminum foil

½ cup salt                              Rolling pin

½ cup water                           Food coloring

Metal mixing bowl                        

 

1.    Mix all ingredients together until consistency is like “clay.”  Add more flour if dough is too sticky or more water if dough is too dry.  Store in plastic bag.

 

2.    Roll out a ½ inch thick sheet of dough on a piece of aluminum foil.

 

3.    Mold and create your design.

 

4.    Cut off any excess clay from your design with a knife.

 

5.    Bake in a 300ºF oven until brown or allow to air dry.  (If you chose to air dry you need to allow it to air dry at least 2-3 days)
