

Arthur St. Clair disserves a monument because he was a great officer who exceeded in the military, Arthur St. Clair was a Great War hero that deserves a monument because he was a very brave man who helped the colonists. He studied at the University of Edinburgh. He also majored in Medicine, which he then dropped out of to join the army, which he exceeded in extremely fast and then left to become governor, after which he ran for president and helped create the U.S. constitution. This is why he deserves his own monument.
